Working with Vitalii on renovating our lower floor was amazing. We started with just updating the bathroom, but Vitalii’s work was so good that we decided to redo the hall, living room, closets, and even the fireplace. He was really good at solving problems, like fixing parts that didn't fit and repairing things that were wrong with the initial construction. He was also flexible when there were delays getting materials and when we wanted to change our design. Vitalii paid a lot of attention to detail, like making sure the floor was level and smoothing out the walls. He even made a custom beam for our fireplace and a special door for our crawl space. Vitalii’s wealth of experience in various construction processes ensured the smooth integration between the stages of the project. Despite it being the most complex renovation we attempted so far, working with Vitalii was the smoothest contractor experience we've ever had. Plus, he's really nice to talk to. Vitalli installed our shower tile and door. He was meticulous in his approach to the install ensuring tile placement was level and square at all times. He arrived promptly and stayed 8-9 hours each day or longer if he was at a place that required more attention. He also built the corner shelves and installed a safety bar. He gave his full attention to every detail. We are so pleased we chose Kapnin Remodel LLC. They honored the initial quote and provided quality workmanship. **Update We contacted Kapnin shortly after our initial project was completed to have Vitalli install a tile accent wall behind our vanity. We were unaware that one corner was out of square and the floor was not level. Vitalii took a difficult situation and gave us a beautiful finished product. His problem solving ability and eye for detail is everything a homeowner looks for when entrusting their home to tradesmen.
